CEO and Founder Cyrus (CJ) Colley is a Detroit native who has always had a passion for all things luxury and helping others. CJ attended Wayne County Community College before relocating to Atlanta where he continued his education at Saint Leo University. CJ joined the Atlanta Police Department in 2010 and quickly climbed the ranks becoming one of the youngest sergeants in the department.

In and out of his professional life, CJ always thoroughly enjoyed planning fun and memorable events for the people around him. As time progressed, and his reputation for planning elaborate functions became well known, it became clear that his love for planning events matured into a passion and symbol of excellence more so than just a hobby. And it is from that passion of excellence developed over a 15-year period, that Colley Enterprises was born. And then due to growth, Colley Enterprises was rebranded in 2017 with even more expanded services than before to include multiple rental vehicles, driver services, event planning, production equipment rental, food truck rental services for a variety of VIP and event driven clients (Klassic Kitchen), and renting and facilitating mobile cigar lounge experiences throughout the Southeast. CJ is a connector, motivator and represents the finest in professional event services for a wide array of clients
